Viewing Your Portfolio

In /businessmarket → "Your Portfolio" tab:

Displays:

• Business Name

• Shares Owned

• Purchase Price (average)

• Current Price

• Current Value (shares × current price)

• Profit/Loss (in $ and %)

Example:

Downtown Diner
100 shares
Bought: $12.00/share ($1,200 total)
Current: $18.50/share ($1,850 total)
Profit: +$650 (54.2% return) 🟢

When to Sell:

Take Profits:

• 50%+ return = strong profit

• Business showing decline signs

• Need cash urgently

Hold:

• Business still growing

• Dividends paying well

• Long-term investment

Cut Losses:

• Business under audit

• Owner inactive/banned

• Price down 30%+ with no recovery
